This past week my parents have been in Denmark, and this Wednesday we drove down from Copenhagen to the island of Møn where my father’s great great grandfather came from. My host father Gert and my host sister Denise’s host sister from Australia (my sister’s sister) came with us for the day. We went to three different little towns on the island (one of them Borre, which had the church my great great great grandfather was married in) as well as visit the famous Møns Klint – and let’s not forget the Møns Bryghus where we had juløl (Christmas Beer) and rugbrød with pickled herring. Danish deliciousness. Here is just some snippet’s of the trip below. So far my parents are loving Denmark and have had a great trip. But you know the drill. We keep moving forward and another adventure is about to begin, and just in time for the holidays. Where too? Stay tuned.
